Sorbae Frozen Treats is a mobile frozen pop truck in Boston serving small batch dairy-free and gluten-free pops with real ingredients and big flavor energy. Our menu mixes refreshing fruit-forward favorites like Açaí, Coconut, Strawberry, and Tropical Passion with creamy, dessert-inspired pops like Cookies n Cream, Caramel Coffee and Cheesecake. The menu pulls from a few places: flavors like Sweet Corn and Creamy Guava are a nod to the Brazilian flavors she grew up around, while others are inspired by classic ice cream bars and familiar desserts, reimagined the Sorbae way. We chose frozen pops because they’re fun, refreshing, and made for sharing - the kind of treat that fits right into a sunny day celebration.
