meet Mohammad Abo-Sharkh

Chef Mohammad Abo-Sharkh founded Zaaki Food Truck to share the authentic flavors of his Egyptian roots with the people of Boston. What started as a dream to bring real, home-style Middle Eastern food to the streets has grown into one of the city’s most loved mobile kitchens. Family-owned and operated, Mohammad runs Zaaki with heart, passion, and pride — serving every plate as if it were made for his own family. His goal is simple: to make every bite “Zaaki,” which means delicious in Arabic.
