MEET Rick
Rick Cambriello is the force behind Daddy's Bonetown Burgers food truck and catering in Boston, Massachusetts, a chef-turned-food-truck operator whose career has taken him from sizzling stoves in high-volume kitchens to the fast-paced world of mobile cuisine. He left a more traditional career path because he was simply "tired of working for other people," and traded the suit for a spatula and an apron. Rick brings big personality and even bigger flavor to the food-truck world. He built the concept around what he loves most: bold, no-apologies burgers that celebrate rock-and-roll attitude and serious cooking chops. His go-to creation? A burger dubbed the "Lemmy" — 100% Black Angus, applewood smoked bacon, smoked onion crisps, truck-made bourbon BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese — basically every flavor turned up to eleven. When he's not flipping patties, you'll find Rick quoting riffs, talking about his most memorable catering runs (yes, that includes pro sports teams and rock icons), and already plotting the next evolution of the brand. In short: he's not just selling burgers — he's crafting experiences.
